Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your ZYAN products! However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
• For hygiene reasons, used baby feeding products cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service when sending your return.
• Please keep your postage receipt until you have received confirmation from us that your parcel has arrived safely. We are unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
• If everything looks good, you can expect your refund within 14 working days.
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible.
